Boundaries of Event Runner Responsibilities:

As the event runners, our main responsibility will be to:

  1. Handle your resort bookings and shuttle transfers securely and responsibly,

  2. Provide quality tying spaces, including our private TitT beach truss structure appointed with with plenty of bamboo, straps, shelter from sun & rain, and sexy essentials.

  3. Bring out the highest quality presenters we can for as much inspiration and education as you desire.

Beyond that, the event will be “no-frills.”  No merch, gimmicks, or administrative bloat. Attendee-organized special interests and happenings of all shapes and sizes are part of the magic, so book that massage, dive every day with your scuba certifications, pack that 50-pound silicone merfolk tail, plan that orgy, have that cigar social, and share your favorite hot rituals with new and lifelong friends and partners.

Payment Deadlines:

Payment dates and refund policy are largely determined by resort contracts.

50% remainder is due by January 30th, 2026.

If booking after January 30th, 2026, 100% of fees are due at time of booking.

  • Airfare not included in the registration fee.

  • The primary registrant of every room is required to leave a deposit of $250 USD upon check-in, which is refundable if there are no incidental charges.

Refund Policy:

For cancel requests received before Jan 5th 2026, 80% of the total cost is refundable, excluding credit card processing fees.

For cancel requests received from Jan 5th to March 31st, 2026, 40% of the total cost may be refunded.

After March 31st, 2026, no refunds are possible.

About Hedonism II Clauses: The resort contract states: “In rare circumstance of overbooking, guests may be “bumped” to another resort for up to the entire duration of their stay. In these situations, Hedonism II promises to move guests to a resort of comparable hospitality standard in the area and will credit the individual guest and not the travel agency/group leader for the value of the number of nights they were bumped from the resort.” This is a non-negotiable liability clause in every contract for Hedonism II room and group bookings. It is very unlikely that anyone in our group would be bumped, but we acknowledge that this clause exists.

Consent Policy

This is a very advanced kink event.

  • You are in a foreign country

  • With unlimited alcohol

  • And rampant nudity and sex

  • With swingers and other inebriated guests that have very different consent models

  • While tying and/or suspending by rope bondage

  • And riskiest of all, interacting with rope people

When in Rome… Hedo has a consent policy we will use as our basis.

Beyond that, we recommend every attendee have their own peer support team. We ask that if you see anyone on your team has had a bit too much to drink, that you take the initiative to corral them. If you see any non-attendees getting too close to the action, ensure that they stay outside of our private tying structure (marked by “Do Not Cross” tape) or ask for help. If you have problems with resort staff, presenters, event staff or the event-runners, consider your options to address them either directly or via intermediaries in your own support networks.

The event runners will take a simplistic, draconian approach to issues. If we decide you are bad for business, you are out. We will not attempt to determine the facts nor adjudicate the moral complexities as all-knowing arbiters of justice. If you are the epicenter of drama and grief, leave a trail of harmed bodies in your wake, or are unable to abide by event and resort policy, you’ve got to go. We reserve the right to refuse your registration or admittance, and in extreme cases, your access to the event may be revoked, you may be barred from further events, and we may coordinate with the resort to ensure you cannot be on the premises during Tying in the Tropics.

This event and space are an incredible privilege, not a right, so be on your best behavior and enjoy responsibly.
